Lovely 1950s  vintage circle skirt of jet black quilted acetate with a super-dooper applique of velvet and glitter.

It is unlined but has a cotton backing. It has a side zip and button closure. Excellent condition but for the little bit of discoloration on the leaf from age. No breaks or picks in the quilting.
